Yumana’s solution
The Beauty Fast Forward international competition is designed to reward and promote value-creating business initiatives implemented by the group’s international marketing and sales teams over the past year. After a regional selection phase, 5 prizes are awarded to the best initiatives on the themes of products & campaigns, sustainable development, sales activation, consumers and emerging countries. By promoting the successes of its employees, L’Oréal promotes employee engagement.
The phases of the Awards:
Phase 1 : National competition
The 42 member countries can apply to highlight the best initiatives implemented in the organization during the year.

Phase 3 : The Grand Prix
