Since its launch, the program has helped to mobilize numerous operational entities around the world, to reduce its footprint and to accelerate the development of concrete environmental solutions.

The challenge of the Environment Department
In order to manage its environmental footprint, the VINCI Group has set itself the goal of accelerating the reduction of its impacts, the transformation of its businesses and the creation of innovative solutions by 2030. Its approach is based on three priorities: acting for the climate, optimizing resources via the circular economy and protecting natural environments.
The Group decided to involve all its employees in its approach and, in September 2020, launched an internal competition, the Environment Awards, to reward the most innovative, replicable and environmentally impactful on-the-ground initiatives.
How can the largest number of employees in more than 100 countries and from different professions be involved in this competition?
How can the value and impact of proposed initiatives be effectively collected and then evaluated?
